You know those fortune cookie sayings? The ones that go when it rains, it pours, bad things come in threes, no good deed goes unpunished. They've been running through my head the past few months. It's been challenging. I took a couple of emotional hits and I had to take a good look at where I was willing to put my energy. I kept my head down and focused on the paying work, the school stuff and the actual writing.
Now I'm starting to move forward again. The cover is set for my second book, (go take a look on my Books page!) and the final draft is back from my editors extraordinaire. Just a few tweaks and the book will be done and out soon.
